Mizzi said he remembers Air Malta’s first flight, even though he was born 3 years later!
Air Malta passengers reading its monthly publication Il-Bizzilla couldn’t believe what they were reading. In an interview published in the magazine, Mizzi said “I still remember the day when Air Malta started its first flights in 1974”.
This is either a blantant lie or possibly, Mizzi might have forgotten what year he was born in.
In fact, Konrad Mizzi was born three years after the inauguration of Air Malta, on 4 November 1977!
