B’Digriet moqri mill-Ġudizzjarju Dun Brandon Mark Gatt, l-Arċisqof Charles J. Scicluna ddikjara l-Knisja Parrokkjali San Ġużepp tal-Imsida bħala Arċipretali bil-Kanonku Dun Simon Sciberras bħala l-ewwel Arċipriet ta’ din il-parroċċa.
